Ramzi Tafech embarked on this journey by opening his first Coffee Roastery at the bustling St. Michael train station in downtown Beirut. As a coffee aficionado, he meticulously crafted his iconic blends to meet the growing demand for premium delicacies.
He offered coffee lovers exquisite Lebanese style, Turkish coffee, each creation bearing the unmistakable signature of his expertise in sourcing, roasting, and blending.
He started by roasting his selected premium coffee beans using a traditional method he had perfected over the years, then with his mastery of blending various types of coffee beans and roasts, he skillfully created unique and flavorful blends that delighted coffee connoisseurs and captivated their senses.
